We just did a pickup order for the Sesame Chicken dinner. The chicken used to be whole pieces that were very fresh. The last few times we ate this, the chicken has been very stringy and reminiscent of typically bad Chinese delivery. For the high price it's no longer worth eating here. Either go back to the better quality chicken or our entire family won't be dining here ever again. The last time we ate in at the restaurant, the tall male waiter was also very rude and disconnected

Ate here tonight 5/24/16. Not so good. Smaller portions than normal. And for the price not worth it. Our Chef was terrible. I could have done a better job. We've eaten here several times before. Don't think I'll be back. Sorry.

My wife and I had a very disappointing visit to Okinawa yesterday afternoon. We stopped by for a late Saturday afternoon lunch around 3:00. We walked in to an empty restaurant (clearly in between shifts). Two associates were seated eating there meals. We were not greeted at all, simply a young lady got up and walked us to a table without saying a word. She went back to continue eating her meal. She came back for a drink order, again without any type of greeting or good will. (Robotic at best, coming off as rude). Next a young man came to take our order, again without any type of greeting at all. We placed an appetizer order, and took a little extra time to place entree orders. The appetizers came in a timely fashion, by one waiter with the second waiter directly behind with the entrees. I asked that the entrees be held until we could at least start our appetizers. The entire meal we felt as if they were not only unhappy we were there, but, also felt they were perhaps talking about us. The two waiters were rude, unresponsive, and clearly not happy we interrupted their lunch break. We have eaten here many times, I trust that this was a one time incident. But, we felt cometely unwelcome and very much disrespected.

I love this restaurant! The sushi is great, the menu items delicious and the staff is friendly and fast. I will come back here again!

Wonderful food but absolutely HORRIBLE customer service!! Refused to honor a gift certificate from their own restaurant that was within date and added on their own tip based on a full table however we were not with the other party at our table. Then i was mocked and called stupid by one of the bus boys. Absolutely ridiculous. Itchiban all the way!
